"There are numerous variables you have to make a real difference when it comes to this issue. The animals we were talking about might be sick, the food we consumed might be poisonous, the water you drank could be contaminated, and that includes cat food in addition."

It was not until the report was drafted and published online that Utah became a place where people were able to take advantage of cats as pets without having to rely on state-run shelters or city agencies.
