The book also states that the first two animals are "a product of evolutionary pressure (like humans) rather than a gift of a god". This statement, however, does not go over well with critics of human-caused climate change. Critics of mankind's impact on the earth often do not see an impact at all on the natural environment. The debate continues on whether or not humans are actually responsible for any of this climate change because this seems absurd. This is where I am sure it will come in handy.

So, can human-caused climate change be remedied by having all the other animals around us (or at least that we can assume is the case) kill or create new species of animals? No. We cannot. Many animals, from bats to cows, squirrels to humans, can survive without the natural environment in which they live. But we can and should prevent them. Humans have an enormous responsibility to keep the environment and human health safe. So let's start by saying that no one has to put anything they produce on the planet. No one has to kill plants, animals or humans in their natural habitat to take care of their health or prevent disease in the areas where we live. And, if there is a good reason not to do so, those should be allowed to grow and take care of themselves. Let us be very clear
